1. Booking & Payments

To secure your booking, a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total trip cost is required. The remaining balance can be paid upon arrival in Kathmandu before the trek departure.

2. Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your trip, the following cancellation fees will apply:

• More than 30 days before departure: Loss of deposit.
• 15-30 days before departure: 50% of total trip cost.
• Less than 15 days before departure: 100% of total trip cost.

3. Travel Insurance

Comprehensive travel insurance is mandatory for all our clients. The policy must cover medical and emergency rescue/evacuation (helicopter rescue) for high-altitude trekking, up to the maximum altitude of your trek.

4. Health & Fitness

It is your responsibility to ensure you are in good health and physical condition to undertake the trek. We recommend consulting with your doctor before booking.

5. Itinerary Changes

While we endeavor to adhere to the scheduled itinerary, exact dates and routes may be subject to change due to weather conditions, flight cancellations, or other unforeseen circumstances. Love Himalaya Journey reserves the right to modify the itinerary if necessary for the safety of the group.

6. Liability

Love Himalaya Journey shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage to person or property, unless caused by our direct negligence. We are not responsible for delays or alterations in the program or expenses incurred due to flight cancellations, strikes, sickness, weather, or other causes beyond our control.

7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nepal. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nepal.
