The Trail. The Journey.
Choose How Much We Handle

The Trail. The Journey. The Transformation.

Three ways to walk the Himalaya with us. Safety is identical across all three. What changes is privacy, flexibility, depth of cultural access, and whether the journey ends with a recovery massage in Kathmandu.

Our tiers do not scale amenities. They scale how much friction we absorb on your behalf.

The Trail, The Journey, and The Transformation answer one question: “How much do you want us to handle?” Every tier carries the same medical kit, the same SpO₂ protocol, and a guide who has cleared our four-step hiring filter. What changes is whether you sleep in a standard teahouse or an upgraded lodge, whether you walk on a fixed date or your own, and whether the trip ends with a recovery massage.

More options is not more honesty.

Most agencies in Nepal publish six or seven package levels because every upsell looks like a margin opportunity. We do not. Here is the reasoning.

01

Decision fatigue is unsafe

If you cannot read these three tiers and make a confident pick in under five minutes, you will not be confident at altitude either. The clarity belongs at the booking stage.

02

Operationally honest

We can run three tiers exceptionally well with our current roster. We could run seven mediocrely. The math does not justify diluting the experience.

03

The floor is the same

The cheapest tier carries the same medical kit, the same evacuation plan, the same guide credentials as the most expensive. We refuse to make safety a premium feature.

Before you book.

Where do I see prices?
Prices are listed on each individual trek page, because every trek's logistics, permits, and duration price differently. Pick a trek; the three-tier price for that route is on the trek page.
Will you offer custom budget pricing?
Yes — a configurator that lets you build a trek to your own budget is on our Phase 2 roadmap. For now, contact us and we'll build a Transformation-tier custom quote within 48 hours.
Can I switch tiers after booking?
Yes — until 30 days before departure, with no penalty beyond the price difference. Within 30 days, upgrades are usually possible (subject to lodge availability) but downgrades are not, since we have already paid lodge deposits and assigned guides.
What's actually included in “permits”?
National park entry, ACAP / Sagarmatha National Park permits, TIMS card, and any restricted-area permits required for that route (Manaslu, Upper Mustang, Dolpo). All published. Nothing buried.
Do you offer custom dates outside the published calendar?
For The Transformation, yes — we build the itinerary to your dates. For The Trail and The Journey, we run on a fixed seasonal calendar; you can request a private departure on any tier and we will quote it within 48 hours.

Still not sure which tier?

Fifteen minutes with the founder will get you a straight recommendation, including “you don't need our most expensive tier” if that's the answer.
