Quick answers to the questions every first inquiry asks. If something is missing here, the form below routes directly to the team.
Within 4 hours during Nepal operating hours (8 AM–8 PM NPT, 7 days a week during trekking season). Inquiries received overnight get a response by 9 AM the next morning. There is no chatbot, no automated reply, and no outsourced call center. The Operations Manager reads every inquiry — if your question is about safety or B2B partnership, the CEO or CSO replies directly.
LHJ is a six-person team. Routine bookings go to the Operations Manager, Nirajan Rimal. Safety-critical questions go to the CEO. B2B and partnership inquiries are handled by the CSO. We do not share your information with anyone outside the six-person team, and we do not add you to any marketing list without explicit consent.
Yes. Three direct addresses are public on purpose: bookings@lovehimalayajourney.com (default for trek inquiries), deepak@lovehimalayajourney.com (CEO — use for safety-critical questions), and samrat@lovehimalayajourney.com (CSO — use for B2B partnerships). If the form ever breaks, you can reach us directly.
Absolutely. Most of our first-time inquiries are exactly that — a question about altitude, a question about insurance, a question about whether one of our seven treks is right for someone with a specific medical history. We answer the question. If LHJ isn't the right fit for what you're trying to do, we say so. There is no sales pressure on the other end of this form.
Yes. The office is in Thamel — walk-ins are welcome during operating hours (8 AM–8 PM NPT during trekking season). It is a good way to meet the team, look at the gear we issue, and ask the operational questions a written reply can't fully answer. If you want a guaranteed slot with the CEO or CSO, send a note ahead so we can hold the time.
If you are already on a trek with us, your guide is the first contact and carries a satellite phone above 4,000m. The 24/7 Kathmandu operations room is one call away from the guide. Friends and family can reach the operations room directly via the WhatsApp number issued in your pre-trek pack — every active trek has a named operations contact assigned to it.
